Hello! I’m Dr. Candace Dumas, a Doctorally-Prepared Nurse Practitioner who cares for adults, older adults, and families with acute health needs. I’m board-certified in Adult and Geriatric Acute and certified in Family Care and Healthcare Spanish.

I believe everyone deserves accessible, respectful, and high-quality care—especially during times of crisis. I work hard to explain things clearly, discuss care plans collaboratively, and help you feel safe and supported.

I’m honored to care for this community and through this clinic have the opportunity to care for patients who often face healthcare adversity and often go without the help that they need. You are not alone—we’ll face it together.
