I have enjoyed providing physical therapy services at the Manhattan free clinic for many years. The people who come in seeking help for common musculoskeletal problems or chronic pain issues that have been worsened by poor posture, loss of flexibility, strength and balance often receive benefit from basic exercise and conditioning prescriptions that are individualized to their needs and goals. Their gratitude surely warms my heart and reminds me that giving back to my community makes the world a better place to live.
